No upload, no render queue, no account. Transcription, silence detection, effects and export all happen on your own hardware — so footage under NDA, an unreleased campaign or an embargoed interview never touches a server you don't own. You can check for yourself in thirty seconds. That's the point.
The editor underneath
Video, audio, text, overlays and effects on as many rows as you need. Trim, split, ripple delete, magnetic snapping, and a canvas ruler that stays smooth with thousands of clips because only what's on screen is ever mounted.
Every property of every element is animatable, with real easing curves and a graph editor. The preview holds a steady 60 frames a second while you drag a handle, and it does not stutter because a panel decided to redraw itself.
Transcribe on your own hardware, then cut the video by deleting words. Silence removal, filler words and styled captions all come from that one transcript — and none of it needs a connection.
Describe the look you want and your agent creates it. Ask it to change the color, intensity or timing, and reuse the result in your next edit. You can also adjust the controls yourself.
There is no “preview quality” and “final quality”. The same engine draws the frame you are looking at and the frame that lands in the file, so the export holds no surprises. Render the same project twice and you get the same bytes.
Lugh Xtudio doesn't ship its own chatbot, and there is nothing to sign up for. It opens a door on your machine that any assistant speaking MCP can walk through — so you keep the one you already pay for, and the day a better one arrives you keep that instead. On macOS, Windows and Linux.

You keep the editor open and talk to your AI assistant in its own window. It cuts the video, adds effects, transitions and stickers, and makes the changes you ask for in the same project. Every edit can be undone, and you can take over by hand whenever you want.
Any assistant that supports MCP, such as Claude or ChatGPT, or an AI running on your own computer. Xtudio has no chatbot of its own and nothing to sign up for. Whether the assistant is paid, and how much you can use it, depends on the one you choose.

No. Import, transcription, effects, preview and export all happen on your machine, and we never receive your projects or your media. If you connect an assistant, what it reads from your project goes to the company that provides that assistant.

Right after payment the key appears on screen, and a copy goes to the email you used at checkout. In the app, open Settings › License & updates, paste it and press Activate Pro. One key works on two computers.
Yes. Within 7 days of the payment you can cancel and get a full refund, without giving a reason: write to support@lugh-lens.com from the email you used at checkout. When a purchase is refunded, its key stops working.
